Terms and Conditions for High Rollers Hideaway
1. Acceptance of Terms By purchasing or using a ticket for a High Rollers Hideaway tour (the “Service”), you (the “Participant”) agree to be unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not fully agree to these Terms, you are not permitted to access or use the Service.
2. Participant Conduct Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful to other tour members, our staff, and the establishments visited. High Rollers Hideaway (“HRH”) reserves the right to remove any Participant from a tour for disruptive or dangerous behavior, with no refund.
3. Assumption of Risk Participants acknowledge and accept the risks associated with the tour, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, and loss. HRH will not be held responsible for any harm or loss incurred during the Service.
4. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations by Participants must be made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour time to be considered for a full or partial refund. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. HRH reserves the right to cancel tours for any reason, including but not limited to, insufficient participants, emergencies, or force majeure events. In such cases, Participants will be offered a rescheduled tour or a refund at HRH’s discretion.
5. Changes to Service HRH may, without prior notice, change the tour content, stop providing the Service or any features of the Service to you or to users generally, or create usage limits for the Service.
6. Age Restrictions All Participants must be 21 years of age or older at the time of the tour and possess valid identification. No exceptions will be made.
7. Intoxication and Substance Abuse HRH has a zero-tolerance policy regarding intoxication and substance abuse. If a Participant is deemed intoxicated or under the influence of substances, they will be removed from the tour without a refund.
8. Liability for Personal Items HRH is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Participants are solely responsible for the security and safety of their belongings.
9. Media Release Participants agree that HRH may use any photography/videography taken during tours for future promotional efforts without compensation or additional permission.
10. Legal Compliance Participants shall comply with all applicable laws while engaging in the Service. Any illegal activity will result in immediate termination of service without a refund and potential legal action.
11. Arbitration Agreement In the event of a dispute, Participants agree to engage in good faith resolution efforts before initiating arbitration or litigation.
12. Modifications to Terms HRH reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified Terms.
13. Indemnification Participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HRH and its affiliates from any claim, demand, damages, or other losses, including attorneys’ fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service or any breach by you of these Terms.
14. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall HRH be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, that result from the use of, or inability to use, this Service.
15. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
